Truckin...

Channeling my inner Julia Childs here, chicken wings galore marinating in a dry rub of crushed pepper, rosemary & cumin. This morning I made healthy home fries: chopped up a few potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms, cayenne pepper, lil bit of olive oil, lil spicy but not bad. Had Hoke(I don't know what its called in English) baked fish for lunch(no soy sauce today,) two of them, lil fishy but plugging through. Also broiled some salmon and tuna fillets for lunch this week...Grrrr!

Workout done, skips done in 4 sets of 200, with 20 second breaks in between...Still don't have a solution to my pull-up bar though...

I can wait to get to the store to load up on some more spices. I am going to make some of your spicy chicken wings (or tenders).

Food sounds good!  That's a good pace for the skips, pretty soon you'll start connecting those sets together.

Those home fries sounds great. Will have to give them a go, once I get through my kilo of steamed veges.
