Superbowl just not so super

Had the day off for the SuperBowl, the only good thing about it was being able to do my workout in the middle of the day. I initially hurt my left knee two weeks ago at basketball, the back outside of it, thought it was a bone bruise or a pulled muscle at first and has only really been annoying. Then yesterday I played futsal for a couple hours and I tried to get all tricky and I re-injured the leg, now I am thinking it may be something more sever because it hurts to bend my leg now and it also hurts to squat down, a lot more pain now. I also could only do about 100 skips per minute today. It's pretty sore and have been RICEing it all day... I am going to get it checked out after work tomorrow, hoping it has nothing to do with ligaments... Fingers crossed its just me getting old...

Get the knee checked out and keep us posted.  Your photos are looking great!  You look more fit and younger.  Keep the diet going.

Just got back from the MRI, and all good... Strained left Hami, but the bottom of it where it latches on to the knee, is an odd feeling actually... I am going to give b-ball a break until PCP is finished I think.. Though with futsal I am going to try again in a week, maybe I will just play net for now... Anyway, I am pretty pumped it's nothing serious... Off to do the workout, skip and eat.
