INDULGED

Saved 'Indulgence Day' day until Friday as it was bonus day. So needless to say ordered a bottle of Cask cab sav at The Oak Door, one of my favorite Rubicon wines and one that I highly suggest to anyone looking for new Cali red. Anyway had a few glasses & a couple stogies with a couple buddies along with 2 salads and a BLT w/an egg on ciabatta bread. Then had a vodka soda at another bar and called it a night. Woke up this am went for a leisurely 19min 2 mile jog and realized on that run that I would like to get back down to under a 6min mile, something I haven't done since I was 17, so will add that to the list of things the Dragon will see me accomplish. I have also made amends with a former arch nemesis of mine, that being the push-up. I look forward to doing them now, I highly suggest people get the "The Perfect Push-Up" bars:

That's funny Seth. I feel the same way about pushups now. I HATED them at first, but now I can almost finish all of the sets at max reps without going to my knees. Then I usually do an extra super low set on my knees just to stay ahead of the curve. Next on the list....pull-ups.

Hope your bonus paid for a more than an indulgence day.

Pull-ups indeed my brotha... It's a battle that I fight daily... Even on the off days I try a few pull-ups to see if I am getting any better...I am, but only by a few millimeters...

Seth, we have never met - I know we would get on!! Your photo mate is amazing. Cannot believe how much your body has changed in four weeks (you do understand I am not errrm looking at your body of course!!) really well done mate.

Nice job with moderation on the indulgence, and up and jogging in the am!  I like the goals you set for yourself.  It says a lot about how strong you are feeling.
