Day 6

Anyway, did pretty well with the 1/2 portions this week...Somtimes like tonight(sushi) and yday 2 salads, I ate closer to full portions than half. I rationalized that by skipping the "Pig Knuckle" at Ex Bar and the 10 Bitburger Beers that go with it, or Maccers or ramen noodles or beer or anything else that wasn't healthy for that matter.... I really tried to put a lot of thought into what I ate, wrote it all down and cut out the filler snacks as well as any sugary type of beverage. I fought off most of the urges and the ones I couldn't I just absolutely murdered and apple or an orange, or even 1/2 of an oatmeal and honey bar. I have been pretty energetic everyday as well, and am sleeping better than I can even remember. So far so good...

Good job Seth. If you avoided the booze and Ex Bar all week then you definitely ate LESS THAN half your normal intake. Think about all the calories we take in drinking beer. I would love to know my total calories consumed this week compared to last. I'm guessing 1/3. Let's move on to Week 2.

Good to hear from you Seth.   Ex Bar is not for those who are looking to shed the pounds....I've been trying to set up my work schedule to avoid getting into tempting moments for the time being...
