didn't do the leap-frogs or the do the jump ropes... going to make it up on Sat...Did everything else though including a few pull-ups. Knee is still a little sore and I really didn't want to push it. Will get back at it tomorrow... Also, whats up with those V-sits? I can't seem to do one right at all...

I hear you on the V-sits, they just feel awkward. Hopefully they get smoother.

V-sits will come with time guys! If you were totally awesome at them from Day 1 there wouldn't much point right?

Yeah, if my body was supposed to be a "hinge" moving "smoothly", I definitely screwed the pooch on the V-sit thing.  But I gotta think that the burn on the last 4 reps in the last couple sets means I'm getting something out of it!

Good decision with the knee.  Let it heal and come back to it then.  V-Sits will come, just a matter of applying the core strength to exercises that require new coordination.
