Day 52

Day 52 is a great day to get back in touch. Have been out of touch due to work and almost missed the 10 day deadline. I will post a new photo when I get home on Friday.

Hope everybody has been going strong.

Day 36

Found my new favourite exercise, pistol squats. Fair to say that the stability chair was required. I was glad to get onto the new week. Was a little flat last week and needed some new exercises to keep motivated.

Feeling a lot stronger and have noticed some posture changes.

Three words 'I Hate Plank's'

Enough said.

Day 27

Great training this week, have really enjoyed the new lower body exercises. I was a little worried coming to this week on how the knee would hold up to the crawl and jumps but there was no pain at all......until the end of the set that is. Motivation is still high and the negative comments relating to the training have been water off a ducks back.

Started training at christmas at 96kg and hopped not the scales today to see 89kg. I must admit i did start a little early than I should have but in any case it averages out to a steady 1kg a week.

Keep it up!

Day 22

3 weeks down and feeling good. Have notice a difference in walking up stairs and hills, even those basic leg exercise are making a big difference.

Had a quick look at the new exercises posted today....tough.

day 16

Was unable to do the skipping this morning as it was raining outside and i can't skip in the house without waking the kids, which at 6am is a little harsh. My substitute was to perform 800 fake skips in the garage without the rope....... must have looked funny because i felt like a twit. Worst than that i tripped up twice.....kidding. Good to laugh at yourself every now and then.

Day 15

Diet has been pretty easy to follow so far. It is close to how I used to eat, minus the additional sweets, biscuits etc.
Went for a 30 min mountain ride after the skips yesterday, felt I still had something left and the morning was to great to miss out. During the ride I noticed that I wasn't feeling fatigued up the hills as I used to. Leg excersices seem to be paying off.

Day 10

Pleased to say today i completed the full 650 skips without a blemish or stopping, awesome.

Day 8

Fantastic to be into the 2nd week.

I have been doing the week 1 exercises for the last 4 weeks, sneaky. Happy to report that today was the first day my knees were pain free doing the squats. I have bad joints from a previous life playing sports and this breakthrough has also had an affect on my day to day walking up stairs.

Happy!

Day 3

Training is as suggested very easy. I imaging it will be getting a little harder after tyne weekend.

On another note, eating half has made me very food focused. More difficult than i thought.
