Day 9

VERY cold morning. but the 600 jumps had me remove my jacket ! 4th set of the Lunge almost brought me down to my knees. But, got it right. the band workouts are interesting. the first set is always easy and the last one is the most painful part of the whole training. I am learning new things everyday now. Feeling great. Leg-up has improved and I am sure it will continue to improve. Have lost some weight now. Hoping to loose more weight and the single pack (the big fat belly). Workouts are taking longer and I shld get up a little earlier. Felt guilty for not being able to help my wife this morning. bad.. too bad... am eating my morning snack now. strawberries and grapes (sweet and sour). 

loads of things to do today at work. so, bye for now.. Cheers and keep up the good work.

Fighting through the last sets is right where you want to be.  This means you're challenging your body, but not getting overwhelmed to early.  You are going to improve in all the exercises!
