Day 39

It's Day 39 and I am looking forward to crossing the half way mark of 45 days. The one person who is absolutely shocked at how I look is my wife. I keep convincing her that I have more fat to loose (around my belly). It was a sunny morning and it is cloudy now.. Got up early and started the workout. I have to say, I think I suffer now from the New Rope Syndrome. The new jump rope I bought with an automatic counter has string made of rubber and it bounces right off the floor and straight to my ankle. Damn that was way too many stops.. .around 9 I think.. but the counter works well. Also shows how many calories I burn based on my weight setting.. this morning it was 177. Not sure if its right. I will try using it for the rest of the week but if the tripping continues, then I am moving back to my old one. Afterall, what else to do if not to count during skipping !
Pistol Squats are fine so far. But I am sure if the reps increase that will burn a lot.

Other workouts are fine so far. but exhaustion hits me twice during the entire session. First time after the skipping and leg workouts and second time right before abs.

I am totally not a weight freak. But I weighed 76.4 Kgs this morning. Trust me, I am not a weight freak. I check only once a day. :-D LoL

Have you ever tried the app Sketch Me! for Iphone ? I am loving it.
