Day 33 - GREEN

Doc says I am good to go.. but little at a time... so the skipping part has to wait until evening for tomorrow too. If things improve, I shld be back to my routine by Sunday. Since Saturday is only skipping day, I shld be fine with it. Planning to do skipping at the park from tonight so I can jump on the ground or grass.. instead of the concrete. Made new arrangements for my inclined pull ups. so I shld start doing this in my balcony instead of the dining table or park. I hope it improves.

So many people have started noticing my weight loss. Most of them shocked at the fact that I have lost almost 6Kgs in just a month. I told them, more to go. I weighed 78.0 this morning. Forgot to drink my milk this morning.  I felt full anyway... so nothing much to worry there. Rest is all as planned.

I am getting smaller and so my trousers are getting bigger. It was so funny to see my pants drop down when I was getting ready this morning to work while searching for my belt.haha.. I am loving it. Thank you everyone for being with me in this journey.. its so much fun and excitement than anything.

Waited too long to buy a new book on clownfishes. Excited to have it with me. Have to read it from tonite. I am sure I will love it.

Pure satisfaction isn't it. Because you did it, no powder no gizmo just sweat and control, i'm loving that control, power rush rather than being slave to our foods emotions.
Your changes are not only physical though we can all see your mental changing too, and that's great, happy reading!

Skipping on a softer surface is a good idea!  Great news about the knee!
