Day 29

Weighed in 78.4Kgs this morning. that is cool.

Both yesterday and this morning I struggled a lot with skipping. Max i could do without tripping was about 200. lost patience today so went on till 1500 jumps. damn..

all other workouts went well.. struggled with the inclined pull ups.. but i shld say it was much better than earlier. Will be getting my new band tomorrow for the shoulder workouts. the existing one is a bit hard and my hip pains when i pull them over head towards the last few reps...

A new nano reef is on its way... for a pair of clowns... Will post pics when ready

Cheers n have fun working out.. Have a great week ahead.

If you ain't trippin', you ain't tryin'.

200 is a huge number not to trip. Just have fun with it. Mix up the speed and try a few different steps.

.. I found my mistake... my hands keep moving forward as the jumping goes on and eventually gets stuck in my legs.. i kept the hands close to my body and the magic worked... stopped at 410, 620 (daughter cried), 1190, 1400 (extra 100 for stopping in between)... I am loving this workout....
