Day 27 & The Indulgence

Hello everyone... am so sleepy after my fantastic lunch. Caesar salad, roasted duck leg for the veggies and protein.. bread for carb... and then this.... (attached pic). I could have gone without the indulgence part.. but then, wasn't sure what is ahead and so went on with it... I honestly felt so bad after eating this.. planning to do some extra workouts tomorrow morning along with the skipping...

Today's workout felt much easier than the ones tomorrow. Found a way to do the V-sit.. thanks to fellow PCP'er Sophie.. .Thanks Sophie... But at the end, still did not feel better as my abs were not paining enough.. so went on to do 1 set of situps (20) and 1 set leg ups (15)... felt much better... I definitely need another set of bands.. will be shopping soon again after looking at next week's workouts...

OK.. here is an obsession now.. I have set my mind to reach 70Kgs by the end of this program.  I am confident I will be healthy by the end of this program, but this weight thing is in my mind now and because of which I have started checking my weight everyday since Monday 06Feb. I know this is not right and will stop doing it soon... But to my surprise, I weighed 79.4Kgs yesterday and this morning was 78.8Kgs. Not sure if the scale is showing the correct weight... I am both happy and confused. happy because I like the reduced weight... confused cause not sure if the human body is capable of loosing 600gms in just one day. either way, the weight obsession is what I will be fighting for the next few days...

Getting close to the Week 4 closure.. Feeling better, eating better, and happy with it cause I don't have anymore craving for anything... feeling good.

Ok folks, lets keep going.... Cheers
