Day 2

Day 2 started well. Jump Rope was fun and the body seems to like the pace. Changed to knees on the floor version of the push-up. Couldn't get the legs high enough on the leg-up. Will keep trying..The Lunge was perfect. My thighs are paining which is good.. i did the exercise correct...working out in the morning was fantastic...The half-portion is working well. Looking forward to Day 3. Good luck everyone. Cheers

It's totally fine to do the pushups on your knees at this point. Morning workouts are the best. Get into the habit right away and that will help you the rest of the 90 days. You are off to a great start.
