Day 19

A good night's sleep does the trick !

learnt it through testing though. Sleeping well makes it easy for me to finishing the work outs. This is just good. I still remember day 1 when I had to do 50 jumps sets and I would feel dead tired after each set.. Cannot believe how well my body's energy level has recovered.. and I am loving it.. i think i have to get another jump rope. i feel its a little short in length... goes into my weekend shopping list.

tried to do push-ups today instead of the inclined pull ups.. couldn't find a place suitable to do this.. so went back to the inclined pull ups..first set and the first half of the second set went fine.. .the rest were all painful..

Breakfast is too much, too much and just too much. but, i am finishing it... read today's message... that helps understand changes to the body. the issue I have now is with my skin drying out.. its tooooo dry... not sure why...

Anyway, things are fine.. smooth and moving along... looking forward to finishing week 3.

Cheers everyone, have a great day.

Keep that thought about the jump rope in mind.  It's going to be that way with all of the exercises.
