Day 12

Very good workout.. For the first time I did incline pull up at a hip high bar at the park near my house. This one is tough. the first round went fine.. second and third were very difficult. Hoping to get better as I practice. snapped my band today and started looking for a new one. Finally found them with Patrick's help. But the tube length is only 1.2m. I definitely think these are very short and I will not be able to do some of the work outs like davinci for eg. wondering how to do the forward shoulder raise tomorrow. Lets see...

Otherwise, everything went fine today. felt totally full after the veggies and protein. but, sent the carbs in quickly.. am full. wondering how to get the fruits in now.. LoL

Cheers everyone. am looking forward to the last workout for the week tomorrow... Saturday being a skipping day.

Nice job finding a way to get the inclined pull ups done!  You will get better as you do them more often.  1.2 m seems pretty standard, but maybe you need one that is thinner for the shoulder exercises.
