Day 1

looking forward to look different...I am not a blogger.. more of a talker... will try my best to keep up with writing something here.

just finished exercising. i think I am exercising after about 7 yrs and it wasn't easy. cutting down on the food part shouldn't be tough.

Either way, looking forward to a tough Week-1.

PS: who was that who said over the next few weeks the exercises will make us cry.....??

You might cry once, but we'll see! ha

The blog is one of the most important parts of the program after the diet and exercise of course. Even if you only have time to blog one line, that's ok. It's better to blog one line every day then a whole chapter once/week. You'll get so much support from the blog. It seems that the more a person blogs the more success they have with the program. Try it out. Great job getting your photo up so quickly Sasikumar! Awesome.
