The Peak Condition Project is a 90 day health and fitness program. It is for strongly motivated people who are sick of fad diets and gimmicky training methods that don't deliver.

Over 90% of our trainees complete the program with significant loss of body fat and gain in muscle tone. These changes are made safely and sustainably. Our goal is that on Day 90 you fire us. Because we've taught you how to take care of yourself.

A successful body transformation depends on three factors; nutrition, exercise, and motivation. Most programs gloss over one or more of these, leading to frustration and poor results.

Here's how we approach these three factors.

Diet-shot

Nutrition

Truly healthy people are not skipping meals or drinking factory made concoctions to lose weight. They are eating a lot of the right things; vegetables, fruit, complex carbs, and proteins.

Each week you will be given a customized diet based on your height, weight, and body-type. We take an approach that doesn't tell you exactly what to eat, just how much.

Lunch, for example, might contain 110 grams of carbs, 150 grams of vegetables, and 130 grams of protein. How you fill out those grams is up to you. As you progress through the program your diet grams will shift according to how your body is changing. We customize the weekly diets for each and every client on a person by person basis.

Exercise-shot

Exercise

Our goal is to make you both lean and strong. This means consistent daily workouts that burn fat and build muscle at a sustainable rate. We are strictly minimalist in our approach to workouts. You will be using nothing more than a jumprope, your own bodyweight and a resistance band for the entire program. The result is a well-proportioned physique that can be maintained anytime, anywhere.

You will be provided with a workout sheet for each day of the program. Print them out or keep it digital, it's up to you. These exercises can be done at home, in an office, in the park, or anywhere with enough room to swing a jumprope.

Motivation

Having the best diet and training regime in the world is meaningless if you don't have the motivation to stick with it.

Our solution is to leverage the power of an online community of trainers and fellow PCPers. When you join you'll be provided with your own personal space inside the PCP website. This will include a blog, a weekly photos page, a messaging system, and forums where you can ask our staff questions or exchange tips. You will launch with a group of teammates from all over the world, and you'll support each other through the ups and downs of serious training.

You will be required to update your blog and photos frequently. Full transparency is the key. By being honest with your trainer and teammates an atmosphere of accountability is created. When there are real people on the other end of the line watching your progress with enthusiasm it becomes socially awkward to throw in the towel and quit. Make peer pressure work in your favor!

Is the Peak Condition Project for You?

We aren't promising quick and effortless results. The PCP is very approachable, but that doesn't mean it's easy. You will need to truly want to change from deep within yourself. There will be some tough days. But if you can get through them you'll be rewarded with a whole new perspective on the food you eat, the way you use your body, and your general outlook on wellness. You don't have to take our word for this. Click through any of the COMPLETE blogs to read trainees's experiences firsthand.

How Much Does it Cost?

The Peak Condition Project costs $595 (USD) paid by credit card at the start of your program.

Whether you choose to sign up or not, thanks for stopping by. Just the fact that you are reading a page like this means you are headed in the right direction. We hope the Peak Condition Project inspires you to achieve your fitness goals, be it here or on your own terms.
