Finished!!!

Finished!!!
Got myself into some really good habits. Eating healthy, exercising and getting a lot of sleep. 
Wish to continue this as much as possible although the program is over. Anyways, didn't think I would make it through, but managed to participate not fully but to the end.

Day 80

Have been sick the past couple of days and taking it easy with the training. Hope to get better and finish up the last 10 days.

Day 70

My boding is aching just a bit. Although I did the training more than last week, I feel I look bigger in my week 9 photo. Oh well...

Day 60

The past week has been the worst week ever. Did the 8 min abs only twice and nothing else. Diet was ok except for dinners.
Got only 30 days more so I'm trying to put my mind and time back to PCP.

Day 50

Worked out pretty hard last week and kind of got a flat stomach. Diet was better than the week before. But have have plans to eat out every night this week so I have a feeling my tummy is going to pop out again ><

Day 42

La~~~zy week...

Excercise: 
Did the jumpropes maybe 5-10 minutes when I had time, did the sit ups but skipped the rest.

Diet: Too much food!!!
Breakfast: Measured by the gram and followed the diet 100%.
Morning Snack: Skipped
Lunch: Measured by the gram and followed the diet 100%.
Afternoon Tea: Skipped
Dinner: Had to eat out most of the nights, tried without salt and butter but ended up having a full French course etc...
Evening, Before Workout, After Workout Snacks: Skipped

Blog: I have a really bad PC environment. Can't log into this site from work, my PC at home is really slow and I end up coming home late so I have been very lazy with posting. Sorry...

Anyways, got to get my mind back to PCP which I will try again this week. I think I said the same thing last week, but will give another try!

Day 33

Back on track with the diet and training. My whole body is pretty sore, and a bit tired getting up at 5am excersizing before work. Feel like im back to week 1...

Day 25

I've been really busy with lately with work etc, and too tired to even cook so I haven't been able to follow the diet at all…Though I am trying to be very careful with what I eat, drinking no alcohol at client dinners. Exercise as well… is not going too well. Don't have time... But No matter how tired I am I have managed to do the jumprope. Jumprope only though. The rest of this week is going to continue to be like this, but I really do need to plan my schedule better next week. Also need to catch up with my sleep because I am sleeping maybe 3-4 hours on average. Very bad week…

Day 18

Exercise is going well. My body is not getting sore anymore, but still struggling with the amount of food I have to eat. I though am enjoying the colours of vegetable and starting to enjoy the natural flavour of everything. I actually had to eat out a couple of times this past week, ordered most of the dishes without salt but for some dishes wasn't able to do so. Normally I would be adding extra salt but without it I felt everything was too salty and couldn't finish the dishes. I guess this is a good sign!

Day 9

I've been doing the excersize and feeling great! Doing great without alcohol, but the diet......it's really tough....It's so much food especially in the morning. I feel stuffed all day.... Havent really done much cooking since I wasn't home late everyday, but hoping to start tonite!

Day 4

Doing better everyday alcohol wise. Only had a glass of Japanese sake. Did today's training pretty sober! Cutting down on alcohol is really harder than eating half....

Day 2

I'm pretty drunk. Had 5 glasses of wine, a glass of champagne and a shot or grappa...... Maybe was a bit more than half of what I normall drink. Ooooops...but finished todays excersize drunk but proud of myself.! G'nite

Day 1

Just finish Day 1 excersize. Don't remember when I last moved my body so it was a bit tough. Hope I make it though the program. My goal is not lose weight but get the fat off from my stomach and gain healthy muscles. Looking forward to how I look in 90 days.
