Day 91

Final stats for me
I lost 5kgs in total,  7cms off the widest part of my bum/hips, and 9cms off my waist.
Very happy with those results.  Also very happy with the realisation that I actually love fruit (never particularly fussed before) and now with my sugar & salt free palate, Im hoping that I stick with that and dont fall back into my pre - pcp cravings.

I found the project to be very thorough. For the first 1/3 I felt that for me to truly push through I had to put it ahead of many other things (other exercise no longer possible time wise, social events turned down to stop temptation etc) to make sure I did it all properly. Food wise, by the half way mark I seemed to have gotten into a routine and social events seemed easy to cope with and still stick to pcp. I will not miss carrying my little screw top container of egg whites in my handbag!
The lesson I have come away with is to actually eat more, & much more regularly.......and the bulk of it vegetables!

Very pleased to see the diet up already - now just waiting for the exercises.......need to do on holidays....we leave today.....

Great program, suited me perfectly. I think well worth 3 months of focus for the (hopefully continuing) results.

Congrats to all - we did it.

Day 90

Thrilled this morning to read about the maintaining diets (x2) and the 6 workout sheets...
Exactly what I was thinking I needed.......and think I can certainly combine 3/4 gym sessions weekly while I manage to add back in the running & hiking i used to do pre-pcp.

I actually only did day 89 exercises today - (missed sunday, so running day behind)
When I looked at the two supersets, I thought it would be the chestdip/pullup/elevated pushups that did me in - but surprisingly, I did 10/12/15 all the way through except for the last one where I failed to rise on the 10th chest dip, so 9/12/15.  But I was literally dripping with sweat at the end, and took a full min before starting the second superset.
OMG.  you would think by now the davinchis & fwd raises would be easier?!?    I breezed through dips until last set (really felt those ones) but while I managed to do all of the arm raises, my form was pretty poor!! urgh.
Vsits & planks were a bit pathetic....my failure seemed to come a bit earlier than I would have thought given they werent as a super set, but still go through them.

Will photo / weight & measure tonight to upload.........havent measured in a few weeks, so quite excited about that.
Have to prepare myself for the weight bit.......keep reading all of you other pcp'ers who have losts 9-13kgs etc!!
WOW.....Congratulations to all of the completed PCP'ers, and especially our little group!

Day 85

Very happy to date, however in this last week I am starting to feel like I am getting a little too bulky, both in the legs (especially above the knees) and also shoulders / arms. I am also just starting to add cms to my waist (wrong direction guys!!)  - Im now getting muscle definitinon above my hips popping out where I used to go straight in towards waist, so I am getting more of a straight up & down shape.  hmmmmmmmmm.
Still not as 'cut' as I would like despite following all to the letter (except the extra hr sleep), but perhaps I am a true endo, so never will be?  however I do seem to recall at some stage in my teens............any tips for further weight loss gladly accepted.  Just lose the night carbs?

(dont get me wrong, over all very happy with results.......just want to keep going on the weightloss!)

Day 80

Have had a couple of pretty good days with exercises over the last few days.  Managed to remember to  elevate the push ups (maybe a bit too elevated? felt like I was getting blood shot eyes),  and then yesterday, I was thrilled that I actually completed the 5 x 90 secs plank. Wahoo.   Another late night last night - but rest of the week was reasonable, averaged 7hrs each night.
About to head down for work out now....too scared to look.....if its bicycles i think Ill cry.  Hopefully the 20mins of skipping with music in will put me in the 'zone'.

Day 75

I found today's work out exhausting, so much so, I didnt even attempt the 5th rep of the 90sec plank.  I had collapsed on the 4th, and had to put my knees down on both the 2nd & 3rd.
Today did follow 4 very late nights (one of them being a non pcp evening as I did drink - food was pretty close to pcp friendly) so from that point of view I guess I can blame sleep deprivation?

no weight loss - so maybe my 'eyeing' the portion sizes of the 3 nights out is not really working.......hmmmmm  - but my choices were all very pcp friendly.

Good nights sleep tonight.....hopefully tomorrow a better showing on the exercises.....pls just no bicycles......Im not sure which I hate more, the planks or the bicycles!

Day 71

Realised I inadvertently cheated the other day.
Now that when I go to login all the other pcper's blogs come up I am actually reading some of the peoples outside of our immediate group (I hadnt bothered before...going onto another site etc)  There was reference to the elevated push ups being particularly brutal coming after the chest dips. I was thinking hmmmm wonder why I didnt get those?  Had another look, and of course I did!  Just didnt notice the change to the elevation bit. Oops.

I have been enjoying last weeks protein back into my evening meal, and its gone up again this!  If it stays at this level (can it & still lose or maintain?), I would imagine that you could continue to follow pcp eating pattern & slot back into pre-pcp social life quite easily.
