FINISHED.......

What a journey !  From years of having kids and working full time to being back to uni weight/fitness (ie half my age).
To some extent you know what you should be doing but I hadn't been doing it and hence enrolled in this program to make a change. Glad I did.  Lost 7-8 kgs...but would like to lose a couple more over the next couple of months .

Kept to the exercise close to 100% but it was hard to stick to the diet whilst working / travelling/socialising. Stayed off the alcohol for pretty much all of it - gee what a difference that makes ! I did find however that it was easier to stick to it when being anti-social and that's not going to last but since I lost the weight whilst being about 70-80% compliant to the diet I guess that's more realistically sustainable. I feel fit and healthy and hope that I can maintain it, certainly PCP has provided me with the tools to do so. I think I'm over the hump now and shouldn't (touch wood) ever get back to post pregnancy state again.

~3000 skips per day now....will likely keep up the skipping and abs....Quite an efficient workout.

Now for a new wardrobe !!

Thanks again Patrick and Thomas and thanks to the Yukon group for your support. Well done all, we did it !

Day 86

Feeling a lot fitter....and almost back to pre-pregnancy form. Trying to make a bug push at the end...altho lots of Social events this past week and next....

Day 82

Girls weekend in Bangkok and then back in Hong Kong escorting corporates in meetings all day. Makes it impossible to do the diet and eat 6 times plus a day...

Keeping up the exercise but weight kind of flat....but feeling good...although finding it next to impossible to get 8 hours sleep per night. Too busy.

Day 72

Hanging in there but having some troubles as my shoulder is quite sore (ever since the outside bicep curls) and whilst I try not to do the shoulder exercises it's still sore.
But pushing on.  Finding it difficult to avoid snacking around dinner time but other the other meals ok.
Have definitely changed my body shape but hoping to lose a few more kilos in the next 3 weeks.

Day 61

Feeling a little dejected following the weekend. I have been doing the exercises which is a big deal. Having come back from travelling a lot last month...find it harder to fit in exercise whilst in the office (ie start at 6.30am). Diet hasn't been 100% but usually close. This weekend strayed a little, but a little - not eating a whole heap of junk food etc. Have been really strict on the no alcohol, desserts, etc...yet when I strayed this weekend I had put on weight when i weighed myself this morning. I know we are not supposed to be concerned with weight...but it's frustrating...particularly when I've been so good vs normal for 2 months. Will knuckle down and be strict for the last 30 days but feel as though I went backwards a bit from not much deviation.

Day 55

Back in town. Was relatively good in Oz and kept up with the exercise but was very hard to stick to the diet given breakfast, lunch, dinner at 5 star restaurants with clients. However, now that I'm back had a bad day yesterday. Feeling tired, a bit down and had an indulgence day instead of a meal. Will get back on track today. PCP doesn't work from Ipad...hence I've been off air.

Day 41

Back in HK...and survived the USA. Next test a work trip to Oz which means breakfast , lunch and dinner with clients in 5 star restaurants...and sitting in meetings all day.  Eating the amount of vegies is tough..especially for breakfast !

Day 33

So far so good....3.5 days in San Francisco and whilst insomina is still an issue...the good news is that I have been doing the exercises each day. Even though the skipping is harder after less sleep I've done it each day. Food a bit harder but ordered 2 boiled eggs to go at breakfast so I get my egg whites in. Shopping all day so no time to eat ( ha ha) and since my 6 yr old daughter is with me and she doesn't eat much I have been pretty good. No scales in the hotel..which is probably a good thing.
Can't tell if it's the USA or me but I'm taking smaller sizes...(Only at Kenneth Cole could I take a small in a singlet top !) although when I get back to HK and can't fit in to anything I will feel big again.

Day 29

Off to the US tomorrow. This month will be a real test - spending most of it overseas in hotel rooms so will have to be disciplined.
Have booked "low calorie" meals on the plane to help resist temptation.
Keeping up with the exercise but find my body quite weary.....
hopefully I come back undersized instead of Supersized !

Day 26

Nearly 4 weeks now and keeping up with the exercise. Can't recall the last time I exercised everyday for this long ! If ever.
Apart from the initial couple of kilos have been the same weight for the last 2 weeks which is frustrating. Going to the USA on Friday for 10 days...so will really have to be disciplined ! One US size meal is probably a week's worth of PCP meal !!

Day 22

Starting to feel hungry now during the day. Keeping up the exercises altho I'm still not a great skipper. Feeling stronger and definitely feel the body changing shape. Going out the next few nights so will have to be ultra disciplined...

Day 18

2 and a half weeks down and still no alcohol, chips or lollies....felt great the first week but this 2nd week onwards feel quite heavy...is that normal? Have lost of a couple of kilos, but thought i'd lose more given the big change to my diet. I do feel a lot more toned though.

Thank god it's over....

The big Forum last week was a real test. Food everywhere, meals out with clients, lots of grog everywhere...and partying into the early hours. Managed to do my exercises each day although the skipping was a bit slow some mornings...and overall stuck to the diet plan. Starting to feel a lot healthier....
