With great power comes great responsibility

I first discovered Kirspy Kreme doughnuts when I was in college, in fact, it was probably the only real reason you would ever go to the Prudential Center in Boston forget all the restaurants and shopping.  Krispe Kreme doughnuts are quite possibly the greatest food ever invented.  But it is dangerous, and powerful.   With great power comes great responsibility.  I only had one, and a tiny bite of my coworker's authentic southern chili totaling one indulgence in my eyes at least because that bite was so small.

Cardio Data:
Day 19:
Resting Heart Rate: 80 bpm (measured from Day 17)
Maximum Heart Rate: 156 bpm
Recovery Rate: 24 bpm/m

Day 26:
Resting Heart Rate: 78 bpm
Maximum Heart Rate: 154 bpm
Recovery Rate: 23 bpm/m  (umm got worse, never measured this before but I am assuming this is something that is very difficult to improve/ can only be done with extensive cardio training)

Krispy Kreme's are dangerous indeed.  I remember being in college and watching as a friend who was a disbeliever had her first Krispy Kreme.  She just looked up and said "that is the best thing I've ever eaten."

Very strong of you to just have one!

Ward yeah those peppers are pretty good I recommend it.  I believe there are other varieties of the same idea as well, will have to try some more...

Thomas yeah Krispy Kreme's man, glad that was over with.  Back to my lettuce, onions, tomatoes, potatoes, fruit, lean meat, yogurt, eggs, etc...
