Day Fourteen

Taking it easy with just jump ropes on the schedule today.  Last night I was eating with friends and ordering my veggies when I discovered that I really like cabbages.  Seeing as I never really ate vegetables in this ratio or quantity before, I never really got to know that I actually like various vegetables and look forward to trying them out.  I don't really have a favorite vegetable but I like all the different kinds of fresh stuff I am eating every day to get my nutrition instead of various junk foods and factory produced processed foods.

Ingredients: Chicken, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Garlic, Tomatoes. Put some chicken in an oiled pan with some garlic. Add some mushrooms to the mix. Squeeze a bit of lemon into it for some flavor, and generously pepper it up. Stir it a bit until it is all cooked. While cooking the chicken prepare a lettuce tomato salad. Add the cooked mushroom chicken to the salad and mix it.
