Day 22

Week three is all set, I think things are going well to get on the boat with week 4.  Like a few others I am getting slightly colder and wear a bit more winter wear now shedding that unnecessary body fat percentage hehe... a reminder to self to measure heart rate during cardio this week see how that goes;  my old resting heart rate was working way too hard as well, hope to see that improve :)...

Resting Heart Rate: 80 bpm (measured from Day 17)
Maximum Heart Rate: 156 bpm
Recovery Rate: 24 bpm/m

Day 22:
60.7 kg

14.6% Bodyfat

Ingredients: Chicken, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Garlic, Tomatoes. Put some chicken in an oiled pan with some garlic. Add some mushrooms to the mix. Squeeze a bit of lemon into it for some flavor, and generously pepper it up. Stir it a bit until it is all cooked. While cooking the chicken prepare a lettuce tomato salad. Add the cooked mushroom chicken to the salad and mix it.
