Day 2

Completed my day two workout.  jump rope skill improved from yesterday.  I went to a good friend's wedding today and did ask for half portions during dinner (although it was good in slightly small portions too) then skipped dessert hehe.  It's ok, go PCP!

Ingredients: Chicken, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Garlic, Tomatoes. Put some chicken in an oiled pan with some garlic. Add some mushrooms to the mix. Squeeze a bit of lemon into it for some flavor, and generously pepper it up. Stir it a bit until it is all cooked. While cooking the chicken prepare a lettuce tomato salad. Add the cooked mushroom chicken to the salad and mix it.
