Day 19

Did a big steam and came out of it with a huge plate of vegetables to eat over the next couple days.  Workout went well although it was getting a bit chilly had to wear a coat through most of the jumping.

A friend recommended taking down some cardio info & see how that changes through the program as well... so I'll try to get that in every week.

Week 3 Cardio.
Day 19
Resting Heart Rate: 80 bpm (measured from Day 17)
Maximum Heart Rate: 156 bpm
Recovery Rate: 24 bpm

Ingredients: Chicken, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Garlic, Tomatoes. Put some chicken in an oiled pan with some garlic. Add some mushrooms to the mix. Squeeze a bit of lemon into it for some flavor, and generously pepper it up. Stir it a bit until it is all cooked. While cooking the chicken prepare a lettuce tomato salad. Add the cooked mushroom chicken to the salad and mix it.
