Day 1

9 am in Philadelphia, got the workout schedule and got out to the sidewalk to do 50 x 3 jump ropes by the hotel before doing ... the rest of the workout at the gym.

The high today is 32F... Was surprisingly hard to do 50 in a row; looked at day 7 and noticed there is one set of 500 in there which seems impossible actually to do in a row but hope to work up to it.

Will lose a day this week from travelling to Tokyo, so I plan on sticking in the Day 2 workout tonight before going to sleep.

No skipping :)

I like the banner.  The underwater shot gives it a little something special.  I wish I could have seen the skipping outside the hotel.  Skipping will become a breeze very soon.

Don't look ahead if you can help it - just take it one day at a time. I agree with Thomas on your banner - very cool underwater shot.
