Sad to say goodbye, but wait...

When I started the program I thought by the end of it I would be ecstatic to see the back of PCP and so excited to get back to my old habits, specially indulging in my love for food.

But on day 91, I was sad.  Other than enjoying the daily routine of reading the training msgs, interesting questions and blogs. Other than, feeling fresh, healthy and active. I was going to miss the discipline and, funnily enough, the fact that I didnt have a stomach ache in 3 months.

As days 92, 93, ...etc. came around I started to realise it wasn't goodbye, I didn't have to miss those things (well, maybe the daily interactions on the site). So much of pcp is a lifestyle, understanding your body and your daily choices . So other than giving my body a rest, I'm not really saying goodbye at all. Instead, I'll say Hello world with pcp shaded glasses.

Thank you all for your insight and encouragement. And a special thanks to my love for making sure I do this! You always have the best Ideas ;)
