Had a  setback this weekend.
have to start picking up where I left off.

Ok Deb. We're all human, but C'MON! Now's' the time. Like I said: do not waste your time and money with this if you're not going to stick to it.  You have plenty of time left. Let's make the next 65 days or so worth it.  Stick to the diet like glue now. Just say no to those non-PCP foods.  And let's get a work out in together !!!!

It happens. Let it go and concentrate on getting today right! Blog it out - no one has a perfect PCP. Remember that inspirational photo. That is you...lets go back and visit her! You can do it.
