Day 9

My biggest hurdle is veggies in the morning.
any ideas?
If I have yogurt in the am instead of milk it shouldn't have
fruit in it correct? I had vanilla yogurt today.
It is certainly is  a lot of food for one meal.
Workouts so far so good. except looking for a bar to do incline pullups.
2 stores didn't have the one you put in the door jam. ordering it online.
It should get here soon.
will take photo tomorrow

I IM'd you about veges. Your best yogurt is the plain 1% yogurt and you could flavor it yourself with a little vanilla or a little bit of honey every now and again. Later on if you get yogurt and fruit for a snack you could mix your own fruit in it. Can you not tolerate milk? If not your diet needs to be changed to no milk, but yogurt is OK - this is because yogurt has more calories then milk. Over the course of 90 days if you are always using yogurt where it says milk, that will add up to a lot of extra calories. You have to get creative for an incline bar. Would your kitchen table work if you laid under it and pulled up on the edge?

Proud of you on your Week 2 photo! Next time see if you can rotate clockwise! You're getting there though... Keep strong Deb, don't give in to the cravings.

Sorry Deb, there was something on my screen, at first I thought it said weggies in the morning. . . sorry just a little humor.

As far as weggies go, I am loving mashed avocado, with tomato and red onion, on toast with eggs.

Keep up the good work with the exercises!
