Day 19

Trudging along. I keep thinking of my goal picture.
Workouts are great, especially when I'm finished.
Weight isn't falling off like I thought it would.
Have a challenging weekend ahead of me. I will need all
my strength. Will post photo this evening.

Hey Deb, I feel your frustration about the weight not coming off fast enough.  I had this same problem while on program last year. Some weeks I had 2-3lb weight loss and some weeks nothing.  It was a huge disappointment on those weeks because I felt like I was really sticking to the diet (at times) and I expected the weight loss to follow.  Truth is, it does take time. Don't let this get to you (like I did).  Keep plugging.  As well as you are doing, do even better the following week. Be true to yourself about what you are eating.  The weigh loss will happen. Stick to the diet this weekend, tell your friends about it. Good luck!

It will come....we are getting your body prepped right now for that to happen. Hang in there, because weight loss is around the corner. We want to get your metabolism up and stabilized first. Keep your goal picture in mind.
