Day 92

It feels a bit strange not having to get up and think about what workout and how many skips I have to complete today. Going to enjoy these days off but already kind of planning what I'm going to do for exercise on the weekend.......this whole daily regime has got into my head!! But thats a good thing!

Went out for lunch yesterday and I'm now looking at food in a whole new light. Looking around the restaurant and at what the other guys at my table ordered was noticing the distinct lack of veg and oversize chunks of meat on plates. I think before, I justified to myself that having some veg on the plate even if it wasn't that much still made for a healthy meal even if it came with a huge steak. I'll definately be more conscious of portion sizes and proportions from now on!

Day 87

Had a mixed week last week with at least 2 days of general 'floppiness'! Night flights and PCP do not mix well. Still always manage to get the skipping done, just feel like a lame-ass with the strength sets on those days. 
Got my mojo back this week and actually looking forward the last few days of sweating and burning!!
Looking forward to a beer on Wednesday though.........that tingle on the lips, oooohhh!
The only thing that may spoil it is that I'll probably end up counting the calories in each sip and subconsciously calculate the number of skips needed to burn it off, damn you PCP!!

Day 71

After 2 days of 'no energy funk' I'm back on!!
Overnight flight on Monday night took it out of me!

Still have hints of love handles flapping around, but I feel like if I lose any more weight then I'll blow away in a stiff northerly! I feel like there's nothing left of me, gone from 89-80 kg. Over 10% weight reduction!
Bought some new jeans 2 weeks ago and they're already too big!
Need to build some muscle. I'm off to bed.

Day 55

I felt like I was the subject of Patrick's blog a few days ago(without sounding too vain!!)......I had 2 shocking days as far as energy goes and really struggled with exercises. Felt back on track today.
Got to go to Hong Kong tomorrow for 5 days so the diet won't be totally to script but I'll do my best and just make sure I finish a quivering mess on the floor after every workout!!

Day 53

Just read the Day 53 training message.......that was me yesterday.
Was tripping up more than ever on the skipping, dropped down weight bands and still struggled to finish. Missed out the second of the 3 tricep workouts, but apart from that, did everything, it just felt lame-ass!!

Day 50

Having a good week so far, unlike last week! In the groove with diet and exercise. My shoulders were burning like fire today though, those sets seemed to go on forever.
I think my weight has now stabilized, weighed myself today, its the same as last week around 83kg. Started at 89 so I've lost about what I thought I would, interested to see where I end up!!

Manic week

Flown from Melbourne to Hong Kong and back twice in the last week, went to a wedding last night, stayed at friends place with no internet and had to get Tamsin(my new wife!) to read new workouts to me over the phone on Thursday.
Have still managed workouts everyday but diet hasn't been to the letter with all the travel and sleep, well, its been whenever I can.
Not the ideal PCP week, looking forward to some normality at home this week to get back on track!

Day 36

Energy down day today!
Feel like a yo-yo and all i've got for dinner is egg whites and milk! Oh, I almost forgot, an apple too, wow!!
Looking better in the mirror though so things are coming together.

Day 34

Felt really good yesterday, had lots of energy but today was a different story, was flat all day. Not too sure whats going on with that?
Did 8 minute abs yesterday(with all the excess energy). A bit tender today!!

Crap to awesome!

Everything's relative right?
I've gone from pan fried egg whites with a sprinkling of chives to sex them up(the crap!) with a banana and an apple on the side and a glass of milk to banana smoothie(with egg whites of course!) and half a teaspoon of cinnamon for the sexy part! Not too bad at all.
It was a nice reward after those planks tonight........they nearly killed me!
I'm scoring a zero on exercise routine, morning, afternoon or night some days but i'm getting it done.

Day 26

Been struggling the last few days, away from home with work sched's all over the place! Still been getting all the exercises done but the diet hasn't been followed strictly.....proportions not all spot on when I have to order food from a restaurant to take on a plane in a plastic container!
Home tomorrow night so week 5 should be easier to handle.

Travel, travel

Had my first 'slip up' yesterday.......spent Friday night and all day Saturday on a plane, got home at 10pm and straight to bed, no iron pumping or skipping!
Back into it today, tried to give it a bit extra even though I was still feeling a wee fatigued.

House competition

Feel like I'm getting into the groove although couldn't exercise this morning, felt like crap so I did it just before dinner. Leg ups nearly killed me in the 4th set!
Tamsin though she'd be cool and skipped an extra 100 jumps at the end of her exercises this morning so not to be outdone I just cranked out an extra 101 to finish up.........no big deal!!

Mobile meals

Getting into the groove of exercise and food weighing, feeling pretty good, finding some parts of the exercises more difficult than others, particularly the push ups. Tamsin has some pretty cool workout tunes on the ipod playing through the dock which makes each session fly by pretty quickly........also, watching her doing squats in those little green shorts made me work that little bit harder!!
Went to the football today with brown rice, salmon and broccoli in a tupperware container and drank water while everyone around me was into their pies and beer giving me strange looks!!

Headaches and hunger!

Had a nice thumper of a headache on day 3, was hungry those first few days too but I think my stomach may be getting used to less food now......either that or my brain is simply telling my tummy to shut up! 
Exercises steady steady, had trouble finishing the sit-ups yesterday???
Haven't managed to do the exercises the same time of day once yet because of travel but am home for a week now so looking forward to getting into a morning routine!
